This is the first time that buying a car was soo easy for me, first I called to get the availability of the car I liked, a very helpful pleasant young lady gave me all the information plus more than I expected, she was very courteous and set me an appointment (with all the document I needed) making sure the car would be there when I got there.

when I got there, the car was just detailed and beautiful, the very friendly salesman took me for a test drive and I got to drive as long as I needed to feel comfortable.

after I decided I wanted to get the car, I was taken to meet the finance manager who was very pleasant, although direct and straight to the point, I could appreciate him giving me all the info so there was no surprises later on. it took a little while, after all it is a car not grocery shopping, after a little bit, I signed and drove off with my brand new bmw ---- I will refer all my friends and family to best price dealer inc, they are the best car shopping experience I have had in a long time!
